By sending the registration form, the registree expresses agreement to personal data processing, which is provided voluntarily in connection with the registration to the TOPTEC of the IPP ASCR Conference. The registree expresses agreement to personal data processing and to the fact that, up to the revocation of the aforesaid agreement, the data will be processed in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., Personal Data Protection Act, as amended (hereafter referred to as “the Act”) by the administrator Ústav fyziky plazmatu AV ČR, v. v. i. (Institute of Plasma Physics of the CAS), based in Za Slovankou 1782/3, Prague 8, 182 00, EIN: 61389021, for the following purposes: (i) selection and registration for the TOPTEC Conference; (ii) contacting the registree in connection with this conference. The data subject provides the agreement voluntarily and may revoke it at any time, free of charge, at oam@ipp.cas.cz.
